About the campaign:

Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf has suspended the constitution and declared martial law "in order to fight terrorism". However, his forces are terrorizing the moderate majority by imprisoning and beating journalists, lawyers, and judges. Many analysts feel these actions were taken to avoid a supreme court decision that would point out that his position as general and president was against the constitution.
